Activation

Should you need to activate your survey in order for links or logins to work, you can do this in the “Activation” menu, which you will find on the left-hand side of the tool.

In the activation menu you will get a chance to review the survey schedule and the number of respondents, as well as any links and logins that are associated with that specific survey. Here is a list of the different settings that are displayed on the page:

Contact person: The e-mail address added as the contact person for the specific survey. You can change it under Settings“.

Design template: What design is chosen for the specific survey. You can change it under Settings“.

Respondents: The number of added e-mail addresses to e-mail sendouts in your survey.

Logins: The number of added logins to your survey.

Links: The number of added links to your survey.

Survey start: The selected start date of your survey. You can change it under Settings“.

Survey end: The selected end date of your survey. You can change it under Settings“.

Survey language: The selected language of your survey. You can change it under Settings“.

When you click the “Activation” button the switch should change colour to glow green instead of grey. Once you have activated the survey you can go back to “Distribution” and should be able to see a green dot in front of the sendout name, meaning that the links and logins are active and working.
